Primary Activities
I am presently reviewing new professional opportunities within the Arts sector, including, but not limited to work or projects related to a broad range of Business Administration, Social Media, Grant Writing, Production Management.
Ongoing independent projects include the Somaway venture, which epitomizes the fusion of holistic wellness and fitness and is comprised of somatic movement exercise education, not limited to Dance, Theater, Fitness, Foundation Training and Yoga instruction, which are presently available within the Southern Oregon region.
Lessons are available privately in small groups in Grants Pass, Oregon
Golden is currently teaching classes for the City of Medford, Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department (RogueX facility) as a Recreation Specialist/Adult Program Instructor

YOUTH STRETCH, STRENGTH AND DANCE for 12-14 years
SOMATIC WORKOUT EXPLORATION for Adults and 55+
In November 2024, I completed a Mentor Essentials Training; a live eight-hour training instructed at Rogue Valley Mentoring (RVM), located in Medford, Oregon.
