Golden provides a unique holistic - fitness and wellness system (Somaway, "divine discipline"), with services available at the corporate and individual level, not limited to Teens, Adults, and Seniors.
The services are focused on Private and small group instructor-led lessons, such as fitness and dance.
Come and experience the following workouts:
Barreflow, Rhythm & Sculpt, Foundation Training, Ballet and Contemporary dance.
Come and explore the Infinity Form with me.
Ballet instruction (Vaganova) and related repertoire coaching and choreography is available up request.
The ballet instruction is geared to the serious competitive student. All students must audition (videos submissions may be accepted).
I welcome church participation and activities and I personally attend the Pursuit Church of the Nazarene in Grants Pass, Oregon.
